Selecting A Memorable Party guarantees you a committed and dedicated team of professionals to make your day special. A personal assistant will work one-on-one with you to ensure every detail is exactly what you envision. 


We've designed our plans so that choosing the right one for you is very simple. We currently offer three levels of service:


Level One - Full Service Planning - We handle it all
Level Two - Partial Planning - Coordination Plus Consulting
Level Three - Hourly Planning - Consulting



Level One - Full Service                                                                                                                         


To ensure no two weddings will ever be alike, we offer you flexibility when deciding what type of planning is best for you.


Our FULL SERVICE plan begins at $3,750 and allows you the freedom to be involved in every selection and decision made for your special day. If scheduling doesn't permit, we will take care of anything and everything on your behalf to ensure that it is completed per your desire and on time.

Level Two : Partial Planning / Coordination Plus Consulting                                                     


Commonly falling under the category of "Day of Coordination", we have found that very few weddings are ready for a coordinator to come in one week prior, go over your vision, confirm your vendors, create your "Day of Timeline", and supervise your wedding day. More than likely you need a little help with several last minute items, such as decor set up, seating arrangements, writing out escort cards, and lots of little details. 


Our Partial Planning includes four hours of consulting time to assist with additional items that are still in need of attention, PLUS! our comprehensive "Day of Coordination" package which includes:

 

  • On-site Specialist: present for eight hours to assist with all the logistics and making sure that all the parties involved are performing as contracted. 
  • Coordination of the event from start to finish 
  • Coordination of set-up for ceremony and reception 
  • Guest management: Including parking, seating and no RSVP attendees
  • Processional and Recessional Directions 
  • Assistance with Reception Directions: Introductions, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
  • Gift Coordination 
  • Distribution of Vendor Payments and Gratuities.  


Coordination Plus Consulting begins at $1995 inclusive of your four hours of consultation which can be further customized to meet your needs


Level Three - Consulting                                                                                                                       


Perfect for those that have everything planned, booked, and essentially under control and just might have a few questions, need a little advice, or possibly need a few items taken care of. 


Consulting is handled on an hourly basis at $100 per hour and except for a two hour minimum, utilize us for as many items and hours you wish. We will give you an estimate on time and often if there's a lot of hours involved we will recommend you consider stepping up to the next level of planning if its more economical.



We're happy to discuss with you what you think you need and may suggest an alternative if we feel it will be more economical. Additionally, if you start with one plan, but decide it's not the right one for you, we happpily allow you to upgrade at any time without any penalty.
